Winter Hats
Winter should be the last thing on your mind. But we are planning far in advance. The prototype of our Crawl In Boston “Santa Hat” arrived today for the 12 Bars of X-Mas. We’re loving them and are very hopeful that we’ll have one for all our crawlers this December.
The Neon Light, Bright and Tight Crawl returns on September 13th. More details on that here. Ticket includes drink specials at all the bars, Koozie, Light Up Sunglasses, Foam Baton, Lei and Light Up Jelly Ring. Currently tickets are only $14 (although running low on early bird tickets). Early bird tickets are now sold out. Get your regular tickets for only $17.

Registration Info for 12 Bars of X-Mas
We can’t wait to see you on Saturday. 
We have a few points of order to help make the day as smooth as possible:
Registration opens at 12:00 sharp and ends at 3:00.
Registration will be by LAST name on your EventBrite ticket. You will need to bring either a printed Eventbrite ticket, or show the app on your phone. If you don’t have a paper ticket or the phone app, you can use your ID to pick up your ticket. There’s a link at the bottom of the page for you to get your paper or electric ticket as well. Please be ready when you get to the top of the line. We’ll be checking in hundreds of you and nobody wants to be stuck behind the person who doesn’t have any of their stuff ready.

“N – Z” – The Tap – 19 Union Street
Once you register you will get a special wristband. You’ll need this wristband for access to all bars on the crawl. We have 4 different time slots with 3 to 4 bars at each slot. You will get the schedule at which bars to be at during our scheduled times. During these time slots, the bars will only accept people with the wristbands. The bouncers will be checking for wristband and we’ve also hired our own personal security to make sure ticketed crawlers are taken care of. Please don’t put your wristband on too tight. We have a limited number available.
We will have about 50 total tickets available for day of sales for wristbands only for $30 which will get you access to all of the bars, drink specials and food. These are on a first come, first serve basis. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. They can be purchased at either Mija Cantina, Paddy O’s or The Tap beginning at 12:00.
Bar schedule:
You will receive the entire schedule when you register. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We are not releasing the schedule prior to the crawl to avoid crawl crashers (we’ve already seen the Facebook and Twitter posts). We want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity.
CASH IS KING
I know that bringing your card might be easy. But when tons of people are trying to order drinks, it takes a lot more time to open and close a tab than to pay with cash. Plus you’d be surprised about how many people forget to close their tabs at the end of the night and leave for home without their credit cards.

12 Bars of X-Mas this Saturday
12 Bars of X-Mas is this weekend! Wristband Only tickets available until tomorrow. We will have a few tickets available day of as well for $30 cash only. There are a few other crawls happening this weekend. Make sure anything you buy says Crawl In Boston or it’s being run by someone else.
Details regarding registration will be sent to ticketed customers tomorrow.

Wristband Only Tickets Left
We have the best crawlers ever. Santa, Rudolph and now Grinch tickets are long gone. It’s only been a day since the Grinch sold out and our Wristband Only supply has already been cut in half.

Halloween Crawl Tomorrow!
We can’t wait to see you on tomorrow. Your costumes get better every year. 
We have a few points of order to help make the day as smooth as possible:
Registration opens at 12:00 sharp and ends at 3:00.
Please note that there are a few other Halloween Bar Crawls tomorrow. And there’s been some confusion regarding tickets. I don’t want to name the other groups organizing tomorrow but if you didn’t buy your ticket on Eventbrite and it doesn’t say Crawl In Boston on it you are with a different group.

We realize that your check in bar might be different than your friends’. This is really just the easiest way to do it, so you can meet up with them after you check in, the bars are very close together. You won’t be able to check in at a bar that isn’t assigned to you. We sent out an e-mail last week to let us know by today. And we made 75+ changes to the guest list the last few days. But at this point we are not making any more as we need to distribute our final list.

Santa Tickets Getting Low
The $20 Santa tickets for the 12 Bars of X-Mas are down to about 20. Those account for our 1st 100 tickets sold. The next tier, Rudolph Ticket, will be $23.

There’s 5 weeks between the Neon Crawl and the Halloween Crawl.
6 weeks between the Halloween Crawl and 12 Bars of X-Mas.
But 9 weeks between 12 Bars of X-Mas and Valentine Crawl. So we’re thinking about doing something new this year. Perhaps a small crawl in January to bridge the gap. 9 weeks is way too long to keep the crawling at bay. Will keep you posted.
In the meantime, get your Halloween costumes ready and get your 12 Bars of X-Mas tickets if you’re free on December 7th. Cheers! -C.I.B.

You Did It Again
We have the best crawlers in the world. Similar to last year, Halloween Crawl has SOLD OUT weeks in advance of the actual event. We thank you all for deciding to spend your time with us. We promise it will be an awesome party once again.
Unfortunately if you didn’t get a ticket on time, we are out of our standard tickets. Much of the custom items we include need to be ordered weeks in advance to insure they arrive on time. At this point we won’t have enough time to order a new batch. In the next day or so we will have about wristband only tickets available for people who still really want to attend for $30.00. These tickets will get access to the bars, drink specials and photo booth but won’t include other items such as the koozies, backpack, whoopee cushion, etc.
We weren’t expecting to put these on sale so early but tickets for the 12 Bars of X-Mas are now available. We hope you can join us for that.

Neon Crawl Registration Info
The Neon Light, Bright and Tight Bar Crawl is just a few days away. We’re very much looking forward to seeing what type of fantastic outfits that you were able to come up with.
We have a few quick points of order:
Registration opens at 12:00 sharp and ends at 3:00. If you didn’t get your electronic ticket, check your spam folder or sign into your EventBrite account to find it there.
We will be checking in people electronically. You will need to bring either a printed Eventbrite ticket, or show the app on your phone. If you don’t have a paper ticket or the phone app, you can use your ID to pick up your ticket.
Once you register you will get a special wristband along with your giveaways. We just picked up some crazy straws. I bought all they had in the store but it was only 30. That said, first 30 people who register will get one as a bonus. I wish we had enough for everyone.
The first 3 bars will be
12:00 – 12:50 – Paddy O’s – 33 Union Street
1:00 – 1:45 – Hennessy’s – 25 Union Street
1:45 – 3:00 – Sissy K’s – 4 Commercial Street
Once again, you must register by 3:00. We will be putting our extra items into storage so we won’t have to haul it around all day.
We will have about 20 total tickets available for day of sales for $25. These are on a first come, first serve basis. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. They’ll include everything minus the koozies.

You will receive the entire schedule when you register. We have 10 total bars participating. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We will give you the rest of the schedule upon check in. We want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity.
The bar schedule is a little windy this time around but we had to work around a few conflicts, so make sure you pay attention to the schedule.
We have 350+ attending. And it’s hard to find bars in Boston with that type of capacity. So please be patient with us. The bars know we’re coming and have a pretty open window for us. So feel free to head to a bar a little early or a little late if the current bar is at capacity (except Howl at the Moon which doesn’t open until 4:30)
Remember to drink responsibly. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation/cabs/Uber/Hailo etc.
