The 12 Bars of X-Mas – Early Bird Registration now open

Posted on

Halloween is the first thing on our minds. We’re still trying to find the right costume forsam_0466 next weekend.

But that doesn’t mean that we’re not thinking about the holidays yet.

Please join Crawl in Boston on 12/2/17 to tour the Faneuil Hall area to kick off the holiday season as we bring back The 12 Bars of X-Mas!

Here are just some pictures from the past eight years of this fantastic event. Please click below to check them out.

2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016

And here are some ideas from our Pinterest page

Last year was an amazing experience for us. And we’re always trying to make things better for our crawlers. So we are making a few changes in hopes for an even more fun experience for you.

Early bird tickets to the 12 Bars of X-Mas begin at $18.00

You will always get tons of bang for your buck with Crawl In Boston. We’re able to give away much more for our crawlers!

Your ticket price will include:

Winter Pom Hat

Koozie

Holiday Socks

Candy Cane

Temporary Tattoos

Drawstring Bag

Photo Booth

No Covers at Scheduled Bars

Tickets are non-refundable. You must arrive to register by 3:00 or your ticket may be resold. Registration will be split up by last name at multiple bars for check in. So if you’re coming with a group it might be easier for one person to buy the tickets in bulk and pick up all your goodies at once.

Registration bars will be e-mailed to ticketed customers the week of the event.

You will receive the entire schedule when you register in person at the event. We will have 12 bars participating. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We are not releasing the schedule prior to the crawl to avoid crawl crashers. We want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Visit crawlinboston.com for up to date information. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity.

Please don’t wait to join this incredible event. Cheers! -C.I.B

Don’t miss out. Arrgggghhhhh!

We have a few points of order to help make the day as smooth as possible:

Check In takes place at the following:

11:30 – 12:00 – Warehouse – 40 Broad Street

12:00 – 12:30 – Freedom Boat at 60 Rowes Wharf – GATE C

massachusettsbaylinesfreedom

You will need to bring either a printed Eventbrite ticket or show the app on your phone. If you don’t have a paper ticket or the phone app, you can use your ID to pick up your ticket. Please be ready when you get to the top of the line. We’ll be checking in hundreds of crawlers and nobody wants to be stuck behind the person who doesn’t have any of their stuff ready. Only the ticket buyer needs to be present. If multiple tickets were bought, you’ll get all your goodies at once and you can pass on the extras to your friends.

Boarding is Noon – 12:30 sharp. Boat leaves at 12:30. The company has their own schedule so we can’t hold back for anything. We leave then.

Bar schedule:

We have 7 bars in the Faneuil Hall/Financial District area planned. There is another big crawl from another group that day and we’re planning to visit places not associated with their schedule.

You will receive the entire schedule when you register. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We are not releasing the schedule prior to the crawl, as we want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity. Also, you will need to show a valid license or ID to gain entry to each of the bars (this is the bars’ policy).

CASH IS KING

I know that bringing your card might be easy. But when tons of people are trying to order drinks, it takes a lot more time to open and close a tab than to pay with cash. Plus you’d be surprised about how many people forget to close their tabs at the end of the night and leave for home without their credit cards. There are multiple ATMs around Faneuil Hall…check one out. Also, remember to tip your bartenders!

Remember to drink responsibly and use public transportation.  Don’t drink and drive!
