We have a few quick points of order:
Registration opens at 12:00 sharp and ends at 3:00 at Paddy O’s located at 33 Union Street. Registration will be by LAST name on your EventBrite ticket. If you didn’t get your electronic ticket, check your spam folder or sign into your EventBrite account to find it there.
You will need to show a photo ID matching the name on the ticket. If you purchased tickets for your friends, and the tickets are under your name, you will need to pick up their wristbands and paraphernalia. You will need to bring either a printed Eventbrite ticket, or show the app on your phone.
Once you register you will get a special wristband. You’ll need this wristband for access to bars on the crawl. You will get the full schedule at which bars to be at during our scheduled times. During these time slots, the bars will only accept people with the wristbands. Some bars will be letting people in without wristbands but will be charging an additional cover to enter and drink specials won’t apply.
We will have about 50 total tickets available for day of sales for wristbands only for $30 which will get you access to all of the bars and drink specials. These are on a first come, first serve basis. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. They can be purchased at Paddy O’s from 12:00 – 3:00. We will not be selling wristbands prior to 12:00, no exceptions, even though there will be bar crawl staff setting up.
You will receive the entire schedule when you register. We have 8 total bars participating. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We are not releasing the schedule prior to the crawl to avoid crawl crashers (we’ve already seen the Facebook and Twitter posts). We want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity.
Portion of the proceeds for Saturday’s Crawl will go towards The One Fund Boston, Inc. to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred in Boston on April 15, 2013. All proceeds from the photo booth will be going towards the charity.
We were able to get some last minute rally towels printed (hoping they arrive by tomorrow morning). We have a very limited amount however. They will be on sale tomorrow for $10 each. 100% of the proceeds will also go to The One Fund.
