Santa Tickets Getting Low
The $20 Santa tickets for the 12 Bars of X-Mas are down to about 20. Those account for our 1st 100 tickets sold. The next tier, Rudolph Ticket, will be $23.
Here are just some pictures from the past couple of years of this fantastic event.
There’s 5 weeks between the Neon Crawl and the Halloween Crawl.
6 weeks between the Halloween Crawl and 12 Bars of X-Mas.
But 9 weeks between 12 Bars of X-Mas and Valentine Crawl. So we’re thinking about doing something new this year. Perhaps a small crawl in January to bridge the gap. 9 weeks is way too long to keep the crawling at bay. Will keep you posted.
In the meantime, get your Halloween costumes ready and get your 12 Bars of X-Mas tickets if you’re free on December 7th. Cheers! -C.I.B.

You Did It Again
We have the best crawlers in the world. Similar to last year, Halloween Crawl has SOLD OUT weeks in advance of the actual event. We thank you all for deciding to spend your time with us. We promise it will be an awesome party once again.
Unfortunately if you didn’t get a ticket on time, we are out of our standard tickets. Much of the custom items we include need to be ordered weeks in advance to insure they arrive on time. At this point we won’t have enough time to order a new batch. In the next day or so we will have about wristband only tickets available for people who still really want to attend for $30.00. These tickets will get access to the bars, drink specials and photo booth but won’t include other items such as the koozies, backpack, whoopee cushion, etc.
We weren’t expecting to put these on sale so early but tickets for the 12 Bars of X-Mas are now available. We hope you can join us for that.

Halloween Crawl Tickets Getting Low
We are starting to get low on tickets. At this pace we’ll run out before the weekend.
We wish we had room for as many of you as possible but we want to ensure that our crawlers have the best experience possible without being too overcrowded.
We’ve already started to work on the 12 Bars of X-Mas on December 7th. We plan to have tickets ready as soon as Halloween sells out.
So if you plan on coming don’t wait too much longer. We’re not planning on having a wait list for this event. Cheers -C.I.B.

New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Crawl
Thanks for coming yesterday. Hope you made it to most, if not all, of our 12 Bars of X-Mas. Photo Booth pictures now available here.

Next up is our first ever New Year’s Eve Party: OPEN BAR. Yesterday we had about 1,400 attend. For New Year’s Eve we only have 160 total tickets and many have already been sold. So please buy soon. We won’t have the ability to add more tickets as the venue can only fit a certain amount of people. Here’s our NYE Pinterest Page for inspiration.
Our next crawl will be our Valentine’s event. We’re still ironing out those details but tickets should be available soon. Save the date: 2/9/13.

12 Bars of X-Mas is Today!
We can’t wait to see you on Saturday! We have a few points of order:
Registration opens at 12:30 sharp. We will be at the bars setting up, but registration won’t begin until 12:30.
Registration will be by LAST name on your EventBrite ticket. If you didn’t get your electronic ticket, check your spam folder or sign into your EventBrite account to find it there.
Also note that you may have purchased it using an e-mail that you don’t use all the time.
You will need to show a photo ID matching the name on the ticket. If you purchased tickets for your friends, and the tickets are under your name, you will need to pick up their wristbands and paraphernalia. You will need to bring either a printed Eventbrite ticket, or show the app on your phone. We realize that your check in bar might be different than your friends’. This is really just the easiest way to do it, so you can meet up with them after you check in, the bars are very close together. You won’t be able to check in at a bar that isn’t assigned to you. Our guest list locked at 3:00 today and we can’t make any changes.
“A – G” – Durty Nelly’s – 108 Blackstone St. (easiest way in is the back door and to head up the stairs, we’ll be on the 2nd floor)
“H – Z” – Paddy O’s – 33 Union St
Once you register you will get a special wristband. You’ll need this wristband for access to all 12 bars on the crawl. We have 4 different time slots with 3 – 5 bars at each slot. You will get the schedule at which bars to be at during our scheduled times. During these time slots, the bars will only accept people with the wristbands. Some bars will be letting people in without wirstbands but will be charging a $25 cover to enter and drink specials won’t apply.
If you plan on arriving after 3:30, please register at Paddy O’s as Durty Nelly’s will close then. Paddy O’s registration will close at 4:15. Paddy O’s has a private party later so we have to clear out.
Additional Tickets:
We will have about 50 total tickets available for day of sales for wristbands only for $30 which will get you access to all of the bars and drink specials. These are on a first come, first serve basis. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. They can be purchased at either Paddy O’s or Durty Nelly’s beginning at 12:30. We will not be selling wristbands prior to 12:30, no exceptions. Each bar will have 25 in stock. You can buy as many as you want until we run out.
Bar schedule:
You will receive the entire schedule when you register. We have 12 total bars participating. All the bars will be in the Faneuil Hall and Financial District areas. We are not releasing the schedule prior to the crawl to avoid crawl crashers (we’ve already seen the Facebook and Twitter posts). We want to keep this event as exclusive as possible for your own comfort. Please note, the bars have the right to refuse entry to anyone due to bar capacity or personal incapacity.
Side note from Goodbar:
“Goodbar is having their annual toy drive. All donations will go to Toys for Tots and Haven for Hunger. Anyone who brings in a unwrapped gift starting December 1st will receive a free drink ticket. Also we are strictly enforcing the new law with out of state ID’s. Any out of state licenses must be accompanied by a second picture ID. Don’t want any upset people. Have a good Holiday.”

Last Call: Wrist band only tickets
We will still have a limited number of “Scrooge Tickets” available. They will be on sale until 3:00 tomorrow. We have to finalize our guest lists so won’t be doing any more online sales past tomorrow. These tickets are for the wristbands only. They will get you entrance into the bars without having to pay a cover and access to the drink specials. However we only have a limited amount of swag to give away with our regular ticket (koozies, sunglasses, megaphones, etc.) so the Scrooge Ticket won’t have any of that stuff.
Tickets for our Open Bar New Year’s Eve Party are now on sale, and we have 2 team spots left for our Bocce In Boston Winter Season. Also, save the date for our Valentine’s Day Crawl on February 9th! Tickets for that TBA (prob early January).
