Koozies Have Arrived

Posted on Updated on

Crawl In BostonThe koozies for the 80’s Crawl have arrived. You can check the schedule here.

This design might be my favorite yet. We bring you the 80’s with a little “Say Anything” starring John Cusack with Mr. T in a co-starring role. See you on Saturday (please remember koozies are limited to first 300 donating people).

Putt In Boston is back

Due to popular request, we’re happy to announce that the Putt In Boston League is coming back this fall. When we last met, multiple body shots were going on at the bar. Looking forward to more of that fun.

80’s Crawl – 8/13/11

Posted on Updated on

Please join Crawl in Boston to tour the Faneuil Hall area. We’re excited to be bringing you our first ever 80’s Crawl.

This time we’ll be supporting the Cradles to Crayons charity

Per usual, each of our scheduled bars will be providing a $3 or less drink.

Who is Crawl in Boston?

Crawl in Boston is a social networking group that gives professionals a chance to meet new people in a casual and fun atmosphere. People of all ages have gathered to join the bar crawls, and we’ve raised money and goods for local charities. We also spread the word about other similar events we’ve heard about, as well as new places and bar/restaurant specials. We’re bringing people together, one drink at a time for local charities.

What is Cradles to Crayons?

Founded in 2002, Cradles to Crayons (C2C) is an innovative nonprofit that provides, free of charge, disadvantaged children with the essential items that all kids need in order to flourish.
When you donate to Cradles to Crayons, you know that you are helping the children in your community who need it most.

What does this event cost?

We are asking for $5.00 to attend. Please keep in mind that proceeds of your donation will go towards the Cradles to Crayons charity.

Everyone who donates will be receiving:
*Crawl in Boston Nametag
*Crawl in Boston Beverage Koozie
*Crawl in Boston Wristband – To guarantee drink specials and no covers
*Free appetizers at the majority of the bars

Crawl in Boston wants to provide you with as much fun as possible for as little as possible! – Crawlers are responsible for their own drinks.

Pictures from some of our past events can be found here

How Do I Sign Up?

We ask you RSVP on the Facebook event ASAP. This gives us a better idea on how many people are coming. We can better arrange our schedule so the bars have enough staff to accommodate you all. Also helps let us know how many koozies.

What’s the schedule?

The schedule will be updated as the event gets closer. Keep checking
You don’t have to arrive at the 1st bar. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Important Pirate Crawl Info

Posted on Updated on

Ahoy!

The Pirate Pub Crawl and Booze Cruise is tomorrow – here are some questions that we have been receiving and some general info to prepare you for the crawl/cruise:

How do I get my ticket(s)?
There will be a will call at each bar along the crawl (the will call will follow the schedule of the crawl). We will have staff FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES at each pre-cruise scheduled bar for will call.  There will also be a will call set up at the harbor starting at 3:30pm so you can claim your ticket.  In order to receive a ticket, you need a government issued id (driver’s license or passport) – without a government id, you cannot receive your ticket!  If you purchased more than one ticket, your id will get you the number of tickets that you ordered.  If you purchased a ticket for someone else, and you will not be in attendance, please let us know and have the person bring a copy of your paypal receipt.

Why do I need a ticket?
The ticket will get you on the boat for the booze cruise.  Additionally, the ticket will get you access to the food provided at the bars along with a Pirate Crawl koozie and access to some giveaways (please note supplies may be limited).

Will the Crawl and Cruise happen rain or shine?
The crawl will happen rain or shine.  As long as it is safe to be on the water, regardless of the weather, the cruise will also take place.  The boat has 2 covered and enclosed decks, so you will be able to stay dry on the boat.   In the unlikely event that the cruise is canceled, you will receive a refund.

What is the schedule?
12:30 – 1:15 – Red Hat
1:15 – 2:00 – The Point
2:00 – 2:45 – Paddy O’s
2:45 – 3:30 – Hennessy’s
3:30 – 4:00 – Boarding the Boat
4:00 – 5:30 – Cruise along Boston Harbor

If you’re not taking part of the cruise, McFadden’s from 3:30 – 5:30

5:30 – 6:15 – Red Sky

6:15 – 7:00 – Hong Kong

7:00 – 7:45 – Jose McIntyre’s

7:45 – Close – Good Bar
Any changes to the schedule will be posted both on the facebook event page and on CrawlinBoston.com

Should I wear a costume?
Absolutely.  What fun is a PIRATE crawl if you aren’t dressed as a PIRATE?

Where do I go for updates on the Pirate Pub Crawl and Booze Cruise?
You can always stay on top of things at http://crawlinboston.com or on our facebook page (CrawlinBoston). You can email CrawlinBoston@gmail.com or BostonPubCrawl@gmail.com if you have any questions.  We will notify you via email of any major changes to the information above.

See you Saturday!
