Electric Blue Update

As I mentioned on Friday, my plan was to dabble into neon drinks. First up is the Electric Blue Margarita. Here’s how I did it.

As I looked over my home bar, I realized that I didn’t have all the ingredients so I had to make some alterations.

Original recipe called for

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

I went with

2 oz  Cabo Wabo Tequila
1/2 oz Rose’s Blue Raspberry Mix
1/2 oz Patron Citronge Orange Liqueur

I am certainly happy with the results. Not sure what I’ll do next weekend but certainly open to suggestions.
